The best way to get started is to get here!  Stop by for our Saturday intro class at 10AM and let us show you what Alpha Fitness is all about. The less ready you feel, the more ready you are!  Can’t make the Saturday class?  Call or email us and we’ll get you in ASAP.  We train hard, we work out with intensity and every day is a different challenge.  Each  workout is scaled to your abilities so no excuses-  Grab some water and a towel and get going!

     At Alpha Fitness we offer small group cross training, KettleBell training and one on one personal training. Our small group training and advanced training classes all require a certain level of competency to enjoy safely.  Don’t be intimidated! A few weeks of practice and you’ll be chomping at the bit to get more involved!  Where you start will depend on your individual abilities and needs.


   Alpha Fitness is for everyone, regardless of where you are now or where you want to be. We’ll work with you every step of the way to keep you on a path to lifelong results.  We want you to succeed as much as you want it for yourself.   Don’t be nervous, we’re here to help.
